Master Planning and Architectural Design for a 65,000 sm mixed-use development including offices, conference center and retail.

As Senior Designer, Nizam Kizilsencer led the project team for the planning and concept design phases while employed with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP. The project was later not pursued by the client.
