The iconic tower which will be comprised of Class A Office Space and a Five-Star Hotel at the top will be raising above a mixed-use podium with flagship stores, entertainment and cultural center. The total commercial space available in the complex will be approximately 1,500,000 sq. ft.

Beneath the elegant sculptural form, the design aims to achieve an efficient and cost-effective enclosure and floorplate configuration. Latest Technologies and Systems are introduced to ensure the performance of the complex as well as the comfort and wellness of its inhabitants.
