Master Planning and Architectural Design for a 500,000 sm mixed use development including offices, hotel, residential and retail.
As Senior Designer, Nizam Kizilsencer led the project team for the planning and concept design phases while employed with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP. The project was later not pursued by the client.
