Master Planning and Architectural Design for a 150,000 sm hotel development including offices, a luxury hotel, retail and residences.
As Senior Designer, Nizam Kizilsencer led the project team during the competition while employed with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP. The project was shortlisted to the final round and it achieved the second place in the competition.
