Architectural Design for 80,000 sf boutique office building in Midtown Manhattan.

As Senior Designer, Nizam Kizilsencer led the SOM project team from the concept design through the end of the construction documents phase while employed with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP. The project is currently under construction.
