Queens Boulevard Residences,
This 85,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building on Queens Boulevard is defined by a rhythmic facade of curvilinear windows framed by smooth, light-hued brick. The soft curvature of the fenestration contrasts with the rectilinear grid, introducing fluidity and movement to the exterior.
Comprising 70 residential units, the building features a range of layouts from studios to expansive penthouses. The material palette emphasizes light brickwork, with recessed arched windows that cast subtle shadows, enhancing the building’s depth and verticality.
Amenities are integrated with architectural intent—on the second floor, a landscaped garden provides a serene communal space, while the cellar level houses recreational facilities. The project harmonizes material integrity, formal expression, and spatial efficiency, contributing thoughtfully to the urban fabric of Queens.
