Proof Coffee Pop-up Shop at Chase Plaza, Manhattan

We did several designs for the Proof Coffee Company. An espresso bar at the concourse level of Chase Plaza Building, a prototypical pop-up shop at the main lobby of the Chase Plaza Building and a storefront design for their shop at Nassau Street in Downtown Manhattan.

The pop-up shop at the Chase Plaza Building is comprised of four movable stations, a drip coffee station, an espresso bar station, a food/beverage display station, and a dish washing station. All these stations are self contained with electrical and plumbing systems, removable/replaceable fresh and waste water tanks. With their industrial grade casters, they are easily transportable. Retractable lightweight aluminum mesh canopy system can also be easily deployed on site by two people and secured to the carts for additional safety.
