Proof Coffee Pop-up Shop at Chase Plaza, Lower Manhattan, NY

We designed multiple spaces for Proof Coffee Company, including an espresso bar located at the concourse level of the Chase Plaza Building, a modular pop-up shop in the main lobby of the same building, and a storefront design on Nassau Street in Downtown Manhattan.

The pop-up shop at Chase Plaza is composed of four mobile stations: a drip coffee station, an espresso bar, a food and beverage display, and a dishwashing station. Each station is fully self-contained, with integrated electrical and plumbing systems, and features removable and replaceable fresh and wastewater tanks. Thanks to industrial-grade casters, the stations are easy to move. Additionally, a lightweight, retractable aluminum mesh canopy can be set up on-site by two people and securely fastened to the carts for extra stability.
