Master Planning and Architectural Design for a 130,000 sm mixed use development including offices, conference center and retail.

As Senior Designer, Nizam Kizilsencer led the project team during the competition while employed with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP. The project was shortlisted to the final round, yet it was later not pursued by the client.
