Midtown Office, Tokyo

Architectural Design for a hotel development comprising 300,000 sm of office, 30,000 sm of retail, a 35,000 sm five-star luxury hotel, and 77,000 sm of residential units.

As Designer, Nizam Kizilsencer was a core SOM project team member from the initial master planning phase through the end of the design development while employed with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP. He was mainly involved in the design of the Main Tower and the Luxury Hotel program which is housed at the top of the Main Tower.
