summer 2022: virtual walkthrough design services for interiors

Take a look at the interior design and 3D walkthrough we did for one of the office spaces in Dumbo, Brooklyn at the link below:

 https://www.dia-office.com/295-front-street

For residential and commercial interior spaces that are either newly built or run-down -and regardless of whether they’re vanilla box or gutted down to a barebone structure- we develop a custom contemporary design to demonstrate how that raw space could be transformed into a highly attractive and intelligently planned interior environment.

We start with a 3D laser scan surveying of the space. We then work on a sample design with the feedback and requests we receive from the marketing real estate team. We develop a photorealistic 3D model and an interactive virtual walkthrough of the space we designed.

The interior space we design can be experienced vividly by watching the photorealistic 3D walkthrough. Alternatively, we can develop an interactive virtual tour and the clients can use a smartphone/tablet or wear a VR headset to view the virtually furnished space. And the space could be residential, Class A office, retail, hospitality, etc.

We can upload a walkthrough on a dedicated web page for the property owner and apply the desired branding.

With the feedback we have already been receiving, this architectural one-stop-shop service model might be a game-changer for property owners and real estate companies, especially in this current real estate climate. It could be used when marketing existing properties or in the pre-lease agreement phase of new projects.

Please let us know if we can design the interior and develop a virtual walkthrough for one of your current office spaces.
