The flagship destination retail will be at three levels. There will be a gourmet Food Hall at the concourse level. The hotel's signature restaurant will have 150 seats. The other luxury hotel amenities will be a health/wellness club with gym pool and spa, meetings/event floor, sky bar and lounge.
