The 60,000 sq ft upscale department store will be located on a major shopping avenue in Midtown Manhattan and will be creating a new flagship retail destination in New York City.
The entire store space is comprised as a continuum of surfaces and volumes that connect the shopping levels vertically. This mean to be such an experience for the shopper so that they enjoy an exciting spatial journey even at the higher levels of the store. In fact, the top shopping floor will have a small cafe and wine bar. The cellar level will have an artisan food hall with signature dishes being served through out the day. There will also be a gym and health club at the cellar two level.
