Rolling hills and monumental forms comprise a diverse landscape around the site. Situated atop a vast and sloping ground plane, this project incorporates both the flowing and static elements of its surroundings.
Two distinct towers are placed atop a sweeping plinth of retail, which is stretched along the base of the building at street level.
A dynamic striped GFRC façade wraps up around the two towers. As lateral bands undulate in and out, they become occupied by planters, balconies, and views. The strong horizontality of this composition helps balance and contrast the verticality of the expressive staircases.
