Downtown Hotel, Manhattan

This 150,000 sq.ft. ultra luxury hotel and residences tower in Manhattan will have 200 guestrooms, and 50 serviced residential units. The building will have flagship destination retail at the ground level. There will be a signature restaurant in addition to other luxury amenities, such as health/wellness club with gym, pool and spa, meetings/event floor, sky bar and lounge.

The design intent is not only to create a contemporary landmark as a luxury destination design hotel in Manhattan, but also to create a built space that is sustainable and environmentally responsible in this dense urban environment. In addition, the interior spaces are designed to be healthy and nurturing environments which directly enhance the wellness of the guests and tenants.
