The 200,000 sq.ft. mixed used project, with 35 condo and 130 residential rental units, is situated on one of the main commercial streets at the downtown area. Facing the commercial street with the shopper foot traffic are the large stores at the ground level. The 2nd podium level of 15,000 sq.ft. floor area is designated and planned as the indoor and outdoor residential amenities with a variety of programs such as gym, Pilates/ yoga studio, library, lounge, party room with pantry, exterior BBQ area, lounge terrace, and etc. The two vertical building components that sit on the podium is the condo building by the commercial street and the rental residential building by the residential street.
